Davina introducers her workout programme, Power Box & Tone which is comprised of different sections which you can piece together to create your own bespoke workouts.

A quick but important start to any work. Using flexion, extension, rotation flexibility this section will warm up your body, activating the muscle groups needed to begin your workout.

Working on the deep internal muscles in the core giving you stabilise, mobilise and gain strength in your body. The gluten need this focus too as they can so often be left out. This section will focus on how to activate the gluten so you can have them turned on during your workout.

Short sharp jabs and crosses - looking at the technique of this move and then using it in some boxing choreography. Your heart rate will rise and feel the burn in the arms.

Again beginning with the technicality of the move, we build on this and apply it into some choreography that will make you sweat.

Twisting, squatting, skipping and jumping. This section will focus on the lower body and is a cardio based section.
