As an alternative to the Fabulous Fatburner we've got Mark's Brilliant Bootcamp, which is basically a 30 minute long squat-riddled toning-fest. You'll need a couple of one or two kilo weights for this. Once Mark has put us through his Bootcamp, we have the Bingo Wings workout, which will help you ditch those flabby bits on your arms.
