Jul, 36, is dumped, childless, unemployed, soon to be in her forties and clumsy, but a phone call will change the situation. Max makes her a sublime marriage proposal. Except, the call isn't from him.

Max is waiting for Pauline who will not come. He is desperate and Jul clumsily tries to comfort him, but she panics and can't do it. Stéphane tries to catch up but the meeting is a fiasco.

Max, the perfect man, invites Julie for a drink. Meanwhile, Hervé, her ex, admits he was wrong, he regrets their separation and wants to move back in with her. Julie is going to have to make a decision, and that's never been one of her strong points.

Max and Julie spent the night together and it was sheer bliss. In the morning, as every Sunday, Max prepares to go jogging. Julie, despite hating sport, wants to impress and agrees to go with him. But whilst out running they bump into Pauline.

Ava fights to become a mother to her children again and realises that Pierre is an excellent father. At the rugby match, Stéphane's friends show him the calendar being sold to raise money for an association against homophobia in sport.

Stéphane finally feels ready to tell Julie that he isn't homosexual and, above all, that he's madly in love with her. At the same time, Max forgives Julie for her lies and asks her to marry him, but at the end of the day nothing goes quite to plan.
