Judge Claire Delval discovers that her father, Simon Delval, is involved in the corruption case she has been investigating for years. Forced to resign, his place in the Francophone Liberal Party is coveted by the discreet Mark Van Dyck.

Claire, to redeem herself from her family's fault, gets excessively involved in the case of the gang rape of an activist, Ludivine, a video of which is circulating on the Web. Only one rapist appears there: Wahab, a young Moroccan living illegally.

Through the re-enactment, the four criminals are arrested, and the gang leader denies the charges. Claire has no proof, aside from Ludivine's identification, and she summons Mark.

Claire, who ended up obtaining the gang leader's confession thanks to a bluff, understands that it was not the criminals who filmed. She persists in finding the author of the video without knowing that she is sleeping with him.

Claire, feeling guilty about her deception, is devastated when she realises that it was Mark who filmed the rape. Mark tries to free Rachel, but he fails miserably and weakens his relationship with Krystel, his assistant.
