Detective Sharon Pici (Anna Friel) struggles to keep her sanity as she is tormented by the suicide of a former murder suspect. Meanwhile, the station's psychologist, Dr. Snow (Helen Behan), has diagnosed her with PTSD and is now trying to get her out of the game. When the news of Joey's (Gerard Monaco) death comes out, Detective Pici (Anna Friel) becomes the main suspect and is immediately suspended. Meanwhile, an anxious Lovell (Alexander Karim) and Sylvia (Olivia Grant) urge Pici to sign a declaration of insanity. Peter Stormare, Nina Yndis, Shaq B. Det. Pici (Anna Friel) returns to The Box, determined to make contact with Adina's spirit so she can prove her innocence. Sylvia (Olivia Grant) desperately appeals to Detective Pici (Anna Friel) to drop the Adina case and be admitted to a psychiatric ward. Jenny (Letitia Hector) quickly concludes that Detective Pici (Anna Friel) has become obsessed with Adina (Nina Yndis).
