After spending six months recovering from a motorcycle accident, college student Natsusa must restart his freshman year and learns his injuries are too severe for him to go back to playing his favourite sport, rugby.

Natsusa is worried about the upcoming finals against the strongest team in their region, Koufuuin. To try and gain an upper hand, Natsusa goes to drag Ibuki back into the game.

Ibuki comes back to the rugby club; the third year students don't want to accept him; Natsusa suggests a solution; everyone tests Ibuki's skills in rugby with a intraclub match to decide if he is useless or not.

Natsusa and Yasunari start rooming together and get off to a bad start; the team plays against Isui, where the rugby team's undergone many changes.

Yasunari is defeated by Ryuusei and is in danger of being taken out of the starting line-up. His stress goes over his breaking point and now Natsusa is the only one who can help him.

Natsusa's neck gets aggravated and he gets stuck in bed; Yuu tries to help fill the void Natsusa had left behind; The starting line-up gets announced and the team prepares for their match.
