Fever

S1 E3: The sliders find themselves in paradise parallel earth. But they must move on and this time they are in a disease-ravaged environment with no medicine to cure the Q virus. They are on an earth where antibiotics were never discovered, and a raging bacterial infection threatens to wipe out the population in this Sliders episode entitled "Fever".
