Rose Rollins

When Rose Rollins was in her teens, she was discovered by a photographer in her hometown of Yonkers, New York. She went on to have a successful modeling career in New York City, appearing in several television commercials and print campaigns. In 1999, she decided she wanted to add acting to her résumé, and she relocated to Los Angeles. She appeared on two episodes of the political drama "The West Wing," marking her first television role. Her first film came three years later, with a small part in the boxing thriller "Undisputed," which starred Wesley Snipes. She appeared in several episodes of the crime program "In Justice" in 2006. In 2009, she landed one of her best-known roles, playing Tasha Williams, a discharged National Guard military police officer, on the drama "The L Word," about a group of lesbians and their friends living in Los Angeles. In 2010, she was the first member to be cast in the program "Chase," about United States Federal Marshals chasing down fugitives. She played the role of Daisy Ogbaa, a weapons specialist.
