Coroner's Diary

Shen Wan escapes a family massacre by jumping into a river. To survive and uncover the truth behind her family tragedy, she assumes the identity of her cousin, Qin Wan.

Qin Wan finds bite marks on the body and suspects an illicit affair before marriage. Her request for an autopsy raises suspicion, leading her to uncover crucial evidence in the stomach.

Qin Wan performs surgery on the Princess. She spots a fake headless ghost and deduces that the culprit is left-handed, while Yan Chi receives news that Shen Yi's body was found in a river.

Qin Wan suspects Song Rou was pregnant before marriage and requests an autopsy. Bloodstains are found in the banyan forest, while Yan Chi uses the Song family name to help Qin Wan investigate further.

The coroner's toolkit is stolen but found returned with a rare ointment smell. Qin Wan and Yan Chi discover Wei Qizhi was Song Rou's lover, leading to the resolution of Song Rou's case.

Qin Wan rushes home to perform acupuncture, saving her sister-in-law's threatened pregnancy. Her brother's unusual behavior and overly attentive gift-giving raise suspicions regarding his priorities.
