Curtain Call

Ja Geum Sun (Go Doo Shim), escaped North Korea during the Korean War, leaving behind her husband and son. She founded the Nakwon hotel chain, hoping it would serve as a lighthouse to reunite her lost family. Approaching the end of her life, she yearns to meet her grandson Ri Mun Sung. Her assistant Jeong Sang Cheol (Sung Dong Il), is tasked with the mission and discovers her grandson has become a human trafficker, deciding to keep the truth from Geum Sun, he hires Yoo Jae Heon (Kang Ha Neul), a struggling stage actor, to pose as her grandson instead. Jae Heon agrees but quickly finds he is in over his head. He also has to contend with Park Se Yeon (Ha Ji Won), Geum Sun's granddaughter who manages the hotel and is determined to maintain control. This is a 2022 South Korean drama series directed by Yoon Sang Ho.
