Jaime has an enviable life with his wife Laura and their two children, they seem like a perfect family. However, everything will change overnight. While Jaime and Laura were at an event, two police officers take their eldest son, Efrén, in custody. Soon they begin to look for answers about the detention of their son, but that same night they receive a message confirming that their son has been kidnapped. Unable to turn to the police for help, they employ a former police officer named Elmer. The moment Elmer meets the family, he understands that this case is more complicated than it seems.
