15 year-old Lexus thinks she's in labor and heads to the hospital. As a pregnant 16 year-old, McKayla finds prom dress shopping nearly impossible. 16 year-old Lilly's family gets to know the father of her baby, James, at his party.

Driving home from Lexus' false labor, Kelsey realizes the teenage parents-to-be aren't prepared. Lilly and her mom are upset when James bails on birthing class. And, growing tension between her mom and Caelan's mom make things uncomfortable for McKayla.
