Practice 3 is designed for when you have mastered Routine 1 & 2 and have built some endurance. This flowing segment really connects movement, breath and gaze as you focus on the spiritual aspects of yoga and begin to experience the transformation of your mind, body and soul.

Is a time to relax after your physical work. It is a time for the body to absorb the changes initiated by the practice.

Yoga is about uniting breath with movement. This section teaches you to breathe deeply so you can flood the body with oxygen and prana.
