A successful producer and a woke writer and director are brought together as they begin to suspect that they are being used as pawns by the studio for a Saudi Arabian buyout.

Indie-darling director Bobby takes over the reshoots of a major studio film. She and the producer, Cameron, have to convince a key player to come on board, but she learns information about Cameron that makes her doubt her decision to work with him.
