Symon's Dinners Cooking Out

Some of Michael Symon's dishes are influenced by the women around him. He makes grilled lamb chops with rosemary salt inspired by his mother, and halloumi with watermelon kebabs, which is his daughter-in-law's favourite dish off the grill.

Inspired by his heritage, Michael Symon combines traditional Greek dishes with backyard American grilling. He makes sesame roasted chicken thighs and traditional baba ganoush. His wife, Liz, prepares tangy feta waffle chips.
