15th April 1989. Anne Williams says goodbye to her son as he goes to Hillsborough for a football match. She will never see him alive again.
Anne finds friends at the Hillsborough Family Support Group, particularly in John and Theresa Glover, who also lost a son in the Hillsborough disaster.
It's 2010 and New Labour is elected into office under Tony Blair. The Home Secretary, Jack Straw, appoints a judge to conduct judicial scrutiny into Hillsborough and examine any new evidence which has not been seen before.
After the 20th Anniversary memorial service, Anne speaks to MP Andy Burnham at the reception, imploring him to fight for justice for the Hillsborough victims.
