Sakuragi schlägt eine neue Unterrichtsmethode vor, die Lernmaterialien den Schülern beizubringen. Fünf Schüler nehmen sich der Aufgabe an und machen sich dazu ihre Gedanken bei ihrem Spitzenkurs, kurz vor dem Start des Wettbewerbs.

Die große Prüfung steht kurz bevor. Nun bereiten sich die Schüler darauf vor. Sie bekommen Unterstützung von Sakuragi und anderen Lehrern, die nützliche Tipps für sie parat haben. Sie haben ein letztes Mal Unterricht zusammen.

Sakuragi nimmt sich der Aufgabe an, neue Methoden zu etablieren, damit die Schüler gut für ihre Prüfung vorbereitet sind. Sie sollen sich dabei auf ihr stärkstes Fach konzentrieren. Doch der Druck steigt kontinuierlich an.

Kenji Sakuragi is a former motorcycle gang leader turned lawyer who made a name for himself when he helped struggling students at Ryuzan High School pass the entrance exam to the University of Tokyo. He went on to establish a law firm specializing in school reconstruction. It is now the Reiwa era. With a scholastic deviation score of thirty-two, Ryukai Academy is on the verge of bankruptcy, and Vice Principal Hiroyuki Takahara suggests implementing a restructuring plan devised by Sakuragi. Will Sakuragi and his former student Naomi Mizuno generate successful applicants for the University of Tokyo and rejuvenate the academy? The students of Ryukai Academy each have personal challenges that they must overcome, and their encounter with Sakuragi and Mizuno will alter the course of their lives.

Ryukai Academy establishes a special course to help students gain admission to the University of Tokyo. Academy Chairman Kumiko Tatsuno disapproves of such course and Sakuragi's teaching methods and warns Vice Principal Takahara to keep an eye on Sakuragi before he causes any more trouble. Kaede Iwasaki, a member of the badminton team, is at bay before a major tournament that would affect her college scholarship. She is concerned that Sakuragi saw her shoplifting at a convenience store and is further pressured when Sakuragi says that the tournament is not feasible for her. Kouichiro Amano, who feels inferior to his brother, and Nao Hayase, who wants to change her capricious nature, enroll in the special course. Mizuno is delighted they joined and gives them an assessment test.
