Following DS Carol Barlow and DC Rod Carter as they work on the high-profile historic abuse investigation into Ray Teret, a Manchester DJ and friend of Jimmy Saville, accused of a string of sex offenses against schoolgirls in the 60's and 70's.

Carol and Rod interrogate Ray Teret, who is accused of historic abuse against schoolgirls; they also investigate Mark Cox, a 17-year-old accused of raping a 12-year-old girl after meeting her online.
