Jesus lives in Chicago about to start a new life when he finds out he has a daughter in Mexico. He will go through a lot in order to see her.

The meeting of Jesus and Valentina is interrupted by Veronica with her strict rules and discipline. Jesus needs to find a job so he can offer something to his daughter, in his search he meets Alma Montemayor.

Jesus leaves his job interview and then realizes that he has been hired as executive secretary. He complains to Alma and rejects the job. Chatita counsels Jesus and he returns to Avon and accepts the job. Rogelio is unfaithful to Alma with Patricia.

Jesus gets his job at Avon again and begins his first day on the job under the scorn of the secretaries and the ridicule of Fernando. At lunch, the accounting colleagues make Jesus' life miserable with inappropriate questions.

Jessica and Marisela convince Xochitl that Jesus is gay. Alma listens to this and begins to doubt her instincts. Jesús tells Valentina that he is going to visit her but Fernando leaves him extra work that does not allow him to go out to see his daughter.

Jesús decides to leave work to see his daughter Valentina and when he arrives he has an argument with Verónica. The next day, Jesus arrives at Alma's gym and, due to her carelessness, he sees her naked, a situation that Patricia takes advantage of.
