Seven strangers are abducted; they wake up in a mysteriously empty town with no memory of how they got there, and no knowledge of why they were kidnapped.

Moira removes the implants from the hostages, secrets about their lives and their fortunes are revealed, while Janet gets an unnerving phone call and must make a tough decision.

After a week of failed escape attempts, tensions grow within the group. Elsewhere, a helicopter appears but hovers only long enough to drop a mysterious box, and Renbe resumes his investigation despite warnings to stop.

The group learns someone will be checking out of the hotel, Bill approaches Charlie with a proposition, Tori makes a plea to the camera with surprising results, and Joe pays an unexpected visit to someone in town.

The group learns that Tori is missing, but a mysterious newcomer has arrived, and Renbe thinks he's found a clue to Janet's disappearance.

The group grows suspicious when Joe suddenly falls violently ill, and the only person who can save him refuses to help. Meanwhile, Renbe's investigation leads him and Kat overseas to meet an unlikely ally.
