Yoko is a former rich girl struggling to understand her new reduced circumstances. She is getting quite lonely until Odagiri Futaba and Hayama stumble across her.
Yoko, Futaba and Hayama discover more about each other as they spend lunch together. Yoko attempts to determine whether Hayama is kind-hearted or black-hearted.
Yoko and Futaba find themselves in desperate need of part-time jobs to earn some money. While searching, the girls encounter Shino Sonobe, Yoko's strange former maid.
Yoko, Futaba and Hayama discover more about each others' childhood and hobbies. Later, the girls meet Yu and Sakura, who trigger some strife.
An accident causes Yoko to be temporarily out of action, so Futaba and Hayama lend a hand at the patisserie. Miss Sonobe is extremely grateful for the help, but she won't stop until she's landed herself one more part-time employee.
The girls head to the beach, but instead of enjoying the sun Yoko, Futabe and Hayama are put to work in Sonobe's beach hut.
