Peter Stone, his team, and investigator Dawson try to bring a warehouse arsonist to justice, and the suspect's high-powered attorney tries to get his client acquitted.

Stone and the state's attorney team probe the events following the arrest and death of a young man and seek charges against police, the fire department and medical personnel.
