Intermediate Yoga

You've made it through the Beginner Series and now it's time to challenge yourself a little more. Today we revisit the core. Because the core is the center of your practice, it's essential to begin here, check in, and build awareness in these muscles.

Today is your introduction to vinyasa flow. These poses may be more challenging than what you are used to but they will help you push your personal limits and warm you up for the rest of the Intermediate Series!

Time for your first vinyasa! Use these 12 minutes to clear you head, leave your baggage at the door, and give yourself over to your practice!

Time for vinyasa #2. You're halfway through the series! Remember to do the best you can! Look for your progress in those little moments -- when you hold a breath longer, or find strength in a new variation. Everything you are doing is stemming from the strong foundation you've already built.

Today we are doing a triangle series. Focus on getting as low to the ground as you can, then squeezing everything in to center. You will feel these movements. Instead of running away from the sensation, focus your breath and stay in the movements. Are you ready?

As you work through today's balancing postures, focus on bringing both sides of your body together to support your core. Don't get rigid, stay fluid.
