Please love me!

Michiko (Kyoko Fukada), a 30-year-old struggling with unemployment after her company's bankruptcy, is barely surviving on dwindling savings while supporting her unemployed boyfriend. Her life changes when she encounters her former intimidating manager Ayumu (Dean Fujioka), who now runs his grandmother's tea shop. Surprisingly, he offers Michiko a part-time job, and as they spend more time together, their relationship begins to evolve. Could the man who once filled her with fear now become something more?
