On Juan Carlos Caballero's birthday, Helena visits his grave, but also all the women whom he made happy. Meanwhile, Juan Carlos is hidden in the cemetery watching from afar.

Helena and her colleagues are fired and unite to protest at the offices. Juan Carlos finds out that Playa Majahua is the next most sought-after tourist destination in Mexico, so he looks for Helena to help him win the bidding.

Juan Carlos wants to seduce Helena to steal the project and for this he pretends to be an Argentine. Helena out with Juan Carlos, but she sets boundaries when he tries to take advantage of her.

Juan Carlos convinces Helena to show him Acapulco and she surprises him taking her son. Juan thinks that in Acapulco he will be able to seduce Helena and take the Majahua Beach project from her.

Helena's son is missing and the hotel staff fear for his life. Juan tries to keep Helena from finding out about Lalito's disappearance. Plutarco asks Onesimo to kill Juan Carlos.

Antonia tells Plutarco that she doesn't want jewelry, only his love. Helena tells Juan details of her past and the father of her son. Plutarco manages to steal the project from Helena and savors her triumph.
