Six years later, Fermin is in prison. Paz and Esteban meet. Through a video created with artificial intelligence, Ginebra and Mauro make Elvira believe that Berenice was murdered by Esteban. Esteban asks Paz to work with him.

Ginebra plans an ambush to assassinate Elias and make it look like an attack. Elvira accuses Esteban of being Berenice's murderer. Ginebra orders Mauro to get rid of Samara. Paz agrees to work with Esteban. Fermin is released from prison.

Esa extraña sensación
Mauro abandons Samara in the forest. Ginebra tells the media about the attack and pleads for her daughter to be returned. Paz feels something in her heart when she sees Samara's photo on TV. Esteban cries because he misses Berenice. Paz gives him comfort.

Paz and her family delight Esteban with their food. Elvira pays Geneva a visit. Mireya asks Paz if she is attracted to Esteban. Esteban is arrested by the police thanks to Elvira. Paz runs into her daughter on the street face to face.

Salomon defends the honor of his mother. Elvira receives another video where Berenice reveals she committed suicide because of her. Paz confirms to Ginebra that her daughter is alive. Esteban asks Elvira to join forces to find out who killed Berenice.
